This East lake style telephone bench came in the shop in pretty poor condition.
Below shows the piece stripped to the bones.
Ready for regluing.
After the gluing set for the weekend the base is brought back to life.
And the straw stuffings dusted out and reset into the base.
With a fresh coat of cotton.
And 4 traditional wheel legs ordered and attached.
And the piece all finished and ready to stand the test of time.
